We worked with Canvas Holidays to set up web based orientation training for their seasonal holiday camp staff. Since being established in March 2008 the Physiopedia project has created over 1400 evidence-based articles through collaboration with 23 educational institutions, research groups, professional organisations and clinics.  With more than 130,000 unique users from over 200 countries each month Physiopedia is now one of the most popular physiotherapy related websites. Twitter in learning and teaching

Working for the University of Nottingham we carried out an in-depth review of the research literature of using Twitter in teaching and learning. Learn Higher Group Working

A series of interactive video episodes that explore the skills involved in group working developed for Learn Higher in collaboration with the University of Leeds. This resource won the 2009 Jorum Learning & Teaching Competition and also won the 2009 Epigeum Award for Most Effective Use of Video Presentations. View the Group Working site

International Staff website

A website developed in collaboration with the University of Leeds to provide information for academic staff seeking to work in the United Kingdom. The website was implemented using WordPress with a customised administration for site editors from subscribing institutions. Visit the International Staff site


An ambitious project that developed an authoring the delivery system for e-learning activities that involve drawing with built in feedback provided by the activity author. This development project was funded by the Talis Incubator for Open Education. Visit the Drawtivity site

Dragster is our rapid authoring tool to create innovative drag and drop activities using multimedia. It has a versatility that lends itself to many different applications in any discipline.
